The STAR Project

The STAR Project (Scottish Charity SC028133) is a Christian organization helping people in the North End of Paisley to have an increased sense of their preciousness as persons and their worth in relationship:

By cherishing and listening to people where they are
By working holistically with people to address unmet needs
By supporting people to see and seize opportunities

so that our community becomes more connected and resilient based on right relationships with self, each other and God.               

We serve and support adults, young people and families through a diverse programme of services and activities rooted in genuine, positive relationships with individuals and a holistic approach to their needs and aspirations.
The STAR Project is a partnership between four local church and the local community.  St James and Wallneuk North Churches of Scotland, Mossvale Community Church and St James Roman Catholic Church support the project in many ways including volunteering and funding with other volunteers drawn from across the community.
